Exchange & Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is the core drive for Shawtywig, we need you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at our online&offline store!
If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, please make sure the Shawtywig unit is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 7 days. We do offer one-time exchange in 3 days without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with.
The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission. And customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 3 days will not be taken into consideration.
- We can offer one-time exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. However customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the unit back to Shawtywig. After we have received the returned package, we will then ship out the exchanged unit for free. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
- For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
- *Customers will have to pay customs fee resulted from not following our return instructions.
- Email email@example.com within 7 days to make an application for return. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration.
- If due to incorrect or quality problems of our units, we will do a full return to you.
- If due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling fee, and you must contact us for returning within 30 days of receiving.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you the email of approval or rejection of your refund. If it is are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you return the items without contacting us, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
Our Customer Protection Team handles circumstances where a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers worldwide.
